Members come with their trunks decorated and park, and then the youth will trunk or treat from car to car. The youth will then vote on the best Trunk and that person will win the coveted Golden Pumpkin award, announced on Sunday morning. If you planning to come with a decorated trunk, please be sure to arrive by 4:45pm so we can start promptly at 5pm.

Luther Day Celebration…THIS Sunday at 11:45am is our Luther Day Celebration, a fundraiser for the Trinity Youth Community Fund. We will have a Lutheran-style lunch (brats, pretzels, Jell-o, cake) immediately after the 10:30worship service in the narthex for a freewill donation. We’ll also have fun activities, including getting Lutheran temporary tattoos, pin the thesis on the church door, and getting your picture taken with Martin Luther.

Annual Meeting…Immediately after Luther Day Celebration, at 12:30pm, we will move directly into the Annual Meeting in the sanctuary. At this meeting, we will vote on the 2010 Ministry Spending Plan, elect leadership positions (Council Members, Second Century Fund, and Nominations Committee), and the youth will do a presentation to the congregation about the ELCA National Youth Gathering they attended this summer in New Orleans.
