Ethiopian Necklace Mission Group Here… THIS Sunday, the Ethiopian Necklace Mission Group will be at Trinity, selling the necklaces that help support women and their families in Ethiopia.

12:00pm Daring Disciple Lunch & Craft…K-2nd graders, join us downstairs in the fellowship hall at 12noon on Sunday to make a Mother’s Day Craft and have lunch (provided). We’ll finish at 2pm. Join us!

5:30pm ¡Cuatro de Mayo! Celebrate Casas!...All are invited to celebrate Trinity’s commitment to Casas por Cristo at an “all you can eat” taco buffet at Casa Alvarez Restaurant on 30th and Walnut, on May 4th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Adults $12; Children 4-12 - $6, 3 and under - free. Includes non-alcoholic beverage. Look to buy tickets for this event in the narthex on THIS Sunday, May 2nd.

Tomato Plant Sale…Support the Casas por Cristo house building project by purchasing tomato plants on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 9th. The ready to set-out plants will be sold in the Narthex between services for 50 cents each. This year there will be more than a dozen varieties, and you can get a list of the varieties in advance by emailing Beth Soltis at edgeary@comcast.net. Purchase these plants for yourself, as a gift for a gardening friend, or at 50 cents each, a last minute easily affordable gift for Mother’s Day from the children. The entire price paid for the plants goes to Casas por Cristo trip to Mexico!

Time & Talent Sheets…Time & Talent Sheets that were passed out on Sunday, April 18th should be turned back in, completed, by Sunday, May 9th. If you didn’t get one or need an additional copy, pick one up in the narthex on Sunday. There sheets allow us to know what ministry you are interested in getting more involved in at Trinity. The box for the returned sheets is also in the narthex. Thanks from the Stewardship Committee.

Second Sunday Lunch for Hungry…Trinity is serving its Second Sunday Lunch for the Hungry on Sunday, May 9th, which is also Mother’s Day. Please consider signing up as a family and make it a Mother’s Day event to do some volunteer work together and help out with this very important ministry. Sign up on the bulletin board in the narthex. Thanks!
