Synod Assembly in Denver…Please keep the Rocky Mountain Synod in your prayers as they meet for Assembly in Denver this Thursday to Saturday. Pastor Mark, Don Lamprecht, and Becca Sager will be attending from Trinity. Also, Don Lamprecht has set up a blog that he will update while at the assembly with his own thoughts about the happenings at the assembly. His blog address is http://rmsa2010.blogspot.com/

THIS Sunday, May 30th is Holy Trinity Sunday and Confirmation Sunday! Our worship lessons will be Proverbs 8:1-4; 22-31; Psalm 8; Romans 5:1-5 and John 16:12-15. Be sure to join us!

Sunday Details
Day Camp Early Registration Deadline…THIS Sunday is the deadline to get your special toy for singing up early for Day Camp and to get an extra $5 off per child. Look for the registration table in the narthex. Day Camp is at Trinity June 28th-July 2nd.

8:00 a.m. Worship in the Chapel…..Beginning Sunday, May 30th, through Labor Day weekend (or until we outgrow the space), the 8:00 am worship services will be held in the Chapel. Look for us there.

9:30am Reading of Faith Statements…This Sunday is Confirmation Sunday where 4 of our young people will affirm the faith of their baptism during the 10:30 worship service. They will be reading their Faith Statements to the congregation at 9:30am in the Chapel, and there will be a cake reception for them immediately after the 10:30 worship service in the narthex. Confirmation will be much of the 10:30am worship service, but we will have our “usual” 8am worship.

12noon Prayers for Peace in the Chapel…Yes, they are still meeting even though the church office will be closed.

Sunday, June 13th-Church Picnic…Trinity’s 10:30am worship service on Sunday, June 13th will be at North Boulder Park. We’ll worship together and then have a potluck lunch. Everyone is asked to bring a dish to share and their own tableware. Items to grill and drinks will be provided. Plan to bring a lawn chair, too. See you there!

Sunday, June 13th-Second Sunday Lunch for Hungry…If you are not going to attend the Church Picnic, please consider coming to Trinity at 11:30am on Sunday, June 13th to help us serve our Second Sunday Lunch to the Hungry. It’s the same day as the Church Picnic, so we will be especially in need of helpers. If you can help, please sign up on the sign up sheet in the narthex. Thanks!
